Course Purpose: Provide information to coastal floodplain managers, municipal staff, and coastal stakeholders on:

-       Post Hurricane Sandy Update

-       Understanding Coastal Flood Zone Areas (Zone VE)

-       Reducing Coastal Flood Risks

-       Available Flood Risk Tools and How to Utilize Them to Take Mitigation Actions

Registration and Fees: This training is FREE however it is "limited access" with only 50 seats available for in-person attendance. There will also be the option to attend via webinar. Pre-registration is also required for the webinar. Additional information on the webinar, including the call-in number will be emailed out to all pre-registered attendees.

Registered participants will earn CFM continuing education credits:

  • 2 hr (in-person)
  • 1 hr (on-line)
